Home-Based Worker

  • Our home based workers work with under-resourced and hurting families in the community to help them meet their immediate needs and thrive in the future.
  • The work is a mixture of prevention (helping families stay out of the child welfare system), restorative (working with families currently in the child welfare system), and after-care (working with families after they have been in the child welfare system).

Foster Care Case Manager

  • Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Must live in or near and be available to work in or near Tippecanoe or Adams Counties.
  • Flexible hours, ideal job for starting a Social Work career and for going back to school for a Master’s Degree.

Counselor

  • Our counselors provide regularly scheduled individual, family, and group counseling for each resident assigned to him/her.
  • Provides consultation and support to houseparents and teachers concerning treatment issues and interventions.

Summer Education Intern

  • Assist Gateway Woods School staff with the planning and teaching classes.
  • Help organize and plan tutoring sessions for residents.
  • Other duties as assigned by Director of Education or cooperating teacher.

Home-Based Counseling Intern

  • This internship would give a student supervised experience in the field of social work.
